Replace Policy

Our replacement policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will provide you the details for returning the goods. Once you receive an email from us, you can ship at [address to ship]
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for replacement your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and proceed automatically within a 7 – 12 working days.

Note: Replacement policy only applies to Rings, only for size exchange.
